NAL 垃圾桶是个人财产 但是垃圾最终是要收走的 所以很难判定 之前也有关于警察翻私有垃圾箱取证违不违法的讨论

我个人认为如果不像浣熊那样只要把垃圾桶放回原处原样放好就没事
