对，真正高端赵家人大额度账户不会开在美国，都是瑞士Cayman island一类的地方，那些走中国人民银行没人管。低端的就不好说了，走地下钱庄的话很容易被当洗钱调查，或者没有合法身份找个某个拿了护照的，数额一大也会被当洗钱

存款从技术上来说怎么被人冒领？如果是拿银行卡跟密码的话 无论是atm还是柜台都有摄像头 警察一查就知道是不是本人 美国目前还没出现过那种党性极强 一到时候就坏的摄像头
