感谢OP提供wiki。Defcon大意是美军对核战争的反应准备等级，1级最高，意味着核战马上要开始或者已经开始，美国空军可以立刻对指令做出反应。
之前提到了2，也就是临近核战，空军6小时内能部署。
我刚才看的时候，美军重新审视了状况，这个等级已经降到3了
