我一正式员工给新人说公司的潜规则，比如工作日加班没有加班费，狗管理直接来了句何不食肉糜来麻木自己

这不是这么用的吧。何不食肉糜：指的是对于事物没有全面的认知，侧面说明管理者的无知。还指没有亲身经历过的人对别人的处境或行为妄加评论或建议。
