文中是说对于30年定期贷款的人（绝大部分普通人）有好处，因为每月还款是定额，工资一般会随物价上涨，相对还款压力就降低了。对于持有长期国债/使用信用卡/拿固定退休金的人则都是亏的。

结尾他其实也承认很多人认为涨工资的红利并不能弥补通胀的副作用：
