The pet's owners (a young couple) were sent to a hotel for Covid-19 isolation. The government workers stepped into their apartment without permission and eliminated their dog, which was believed as virus carrier. However, there was a camera in the apartment for watching the dog, and that camera just recorded their savage act. The owners posted this video on a Chinese website and questioned this brutality. While they got warned of stopping talking this by the government and were forced to delete their original post.

十几年前，在一個嘈雜的鬧市中，還很幼小的我在其中遊玩，突然看到一個極度憤怒的中年男人，穿的破爛，兩隻手上各提著一直小狗，就是那種奶聲奶氣的一個月左右的小狗。他一邊憤怒的罵著，一邊直接把那兩只小狗狠狠地摔在地上，三米外的我就看著這件事發生。那個中年人走遠了，兩隻小狗在地上掙扎，口鼻開始流血。周圍的人都好像沒注意到這件事一樣，依舊是各自忙各自的。我呆呆的看著這一切，心裏難受又害怕。
