索尼互娱起诉华为商标侵权

新浪科技报道称，索尼互娱（SIE）已就“Watch GT”系列智能手表的商标问题，向华为提起了诉讼，因为索尼互娱不希望华为使用“Gran Turismo”的名称。

Gran Turismo一般指《GT 赛车》，是一个流行的赛车游戏系列，由Polyphony Digital开发，由索尼互动娱乐公司在 PlayStation 游戏机上发布。明年将发布《Gran Turismo 7》，通常缩写为GT7。索尼认为，其拥有“Gran Turismo”名称的独家权利。而华为认为，“GT”这一名称根本不可能由索尼来主张。因此，华为并不打算放弃其Watch GT系列。
