孟晚舟的辩诉交易居然是可以在法庭上不认罪的那种原本看新闻还以为是孟晚舟愿意在法庭上认罪（plead guilty）但是只认轻罪，达成辩诉交易，美国司法部不再引渡。结果是孟晚舟在法庭上不用认罪（plead not guilty），然后签一份协议，美国司法部取消引渡请求，加拿大放她自由。
