感觉每次美军装备升级都必须有作战方针的思路的升级，无论是ATF/ATB计划，JSF计划还是所谓的战斗机黑手党，都是在打仗之后作战思路升级的产物。而美军已经除了打治安战以外基本没打仗了，估计很难有作战思路大的升级。害怕NGAD会不了了之，最后项目严重超支，然后被取消，和A12项目差不多的结局。
