为什么二十四小时制 表达时间,例如21:21 :twenty one twenty 不用加hours?

21:00 :twenty one hours 要加 有什么讲究吗

美国人很少说时间的时候用o'clock和hours, 基本上就是照着数字直接念，顶多加个am,pm 有时候am,pm都不加，比如上午8：30就直接叫eight thirty, 另外美国很少有人用24小时制，你给他说21：00可能听不懂，最好说nine pm.

日常生活一般用am/pm更加常见吧 所以就是nine twenty-one pm, nine pm之类的

顺便，军队里似乎把21:00念作twenty-one hundred
