Behavioural despair test，找不到原始论文，找了维基百科的介绍。

里面没说把老鼠捞出来。

Animals are subjected to two trials during which they are forced to swim in an acrylic glass cylinder filled with water, and from which they cannot escape. The first trial lasts 15 minutes. Then, after 24-hours, a second trial is performed that lasts 5 minutes. The time that the test animal spends in the second trial without making any movements beyond those required to keep its head above water[3] is measured. This immobility time is decreased by various types of antidepressants and also by electroconvulsive shock.[4]

两次试验。

第一次的老鼠大概游了15分钟。

第二次的老鼠，通过电击和其他方式可以增加老鼠的求生欲望。

原始论文没有捞老鼠。

讲了把老鼠的胡子剪掉，会明显缩短老鼠、特别是野生老鼠的求生欲望。

但是确实和视频想给的意思有一些小出入。原视频比较误导。他应该让大家知道domesticated rats在95华氏度通常下就可以坚持几十个小时。wild rats在通过“一顿操作”后可以做到和demesticated rats 一个结果。

你说的对。我居然没看，直接相信了这传销号。居然还有传销网页。原文确实从头到尾没说过。除了运输方式和是否剪胡须，不同温度确实也影响了鼠鼠的生存时间。

我又读了一遍。我找到了那段落了。在pdf第6页。扫描的196页。

是的，这段我没注意到。

这种论文应该给出具体的数据，比如捞了几次老鼠，每次老鼠游多久等，而不是泛泛而谈。

其实养老鼠的可以自己做试验，20只大小健康状况类似的老鼠估计就够了，分成两组，每组10只。

第一组，老鼠，不救，测时间。

第二组老鼠，每次发现快不行了，就捞出来，休息24小时，再放到水里，快不行了，又捞起来，重复几次，记录每次老鼠游泳的时间。

不知道现在做这种试验，有没有伦理问题的争议？

总结就是通过几次解救 wild rats给原本几分钟就死的wild rats 一点希望，wild rats和domesticated rats就游得坚持时间差不多长了。
