CCP are supplying arms to Tatmadaw and opposing militias such as Arakun Shan armies to protect their BRI. I think they supply just enough so no side can win but no side can lose while CCP make $$$ billions on arms sales. Both sides will become degraded and expended equally and once they are both significantly weakened if not on their knees PLA will move in. In the guise of UN peacekeepers and protect CCP interests and gain more economic and political influence across Myanmar and prevent India from achieving their goals in the region such as infrastructure projects mining and economic interests and securing border regions from separatist insurgents and opening up a new PLA front on the disputed Arunchal Pradesh border where PLA can gain access through low mountain passes and make Eastern states more vulnerable to CCP political and military strategies. Also their is competion for resources in states like Kachin. Gold, copper, rubys, jade and arable land, etc.
