维友做面食是真有一套

我家旁边有个卖馕的摊子，三块一张，老板是维友夫妇，前两天溜达饿了忍不住买了张尝尝是真你妈好吃，面香味儿夹着香料味儿还烤的酥酥脆脆属于是人间美味了，这两天主食基本就是囊没吃别的，今天下午去买没啥人排队看老板自己都在吃，笑嘻了，这里面不会真的有冰吧

真不行, 支國正餐裏碳水就已經夠多了, 零食你還吃大餅. 建議吃點堅果或者果乾肉乾魚乾低糖巧克力之類的.
