然后是— he said he — he gets it. 习近平gets it。

最后这句，Culturally, there are different norms that each country and they — their leaders — are expected to follow.这个ennnn，你说拜登的意思也行，复述习近平的话也行。但结合上下文的话，复述习近平的话的解释更值得相信一些。
