The grammar should be 台語罵人的話很好笑or好好笑. 是好笑sounds like you are stating a scientific fact. I am not exactly sure what is 鄉姦 but I assume you're trying to say "fucking delete this". The word "fucking" as a curse word should be translated as "他媽的". A Taiwanese person will probably say the sentence as "刪掉啦幹"
