老哥们请问所美国线路的vpn都连接不上没网速

老哥们请问所美国线路的vpn都连接不上没网速，包括我自己美国服务器搭建的梯子也用不了了，不论是安卓端还是PC，不管是4g网还是wifi都这样。但是其它线路正常使用，比如德国法国俄罗斯日本等 请问这是什么原因，难道是被顶上了？这是什么变态技术。
