&rt;Our company have asked our specialists to investigate Ambassador Liu, Xiaoming's Twitter account, right after we received the report from the Embassy of P.R.C in U.K. Our investigation indicates that the network address and device ID of Ambassador Liu's account were the same when the user clicked "like", and there was not any remote login either recently. We have sent the details of uses and logins of Ambassador Liu's account to the nominated email provided by the Embassy of P.R.C in U.K. However, we want to make it clear that we cannot determine whether the "like" was performed by the Ambassador Liu himself or not.
