华盛顿州稍微特殊一点，如果你不是公民或者绿卡的话你需要猎照来满足联邦对非移民签证持有的的要求，然后你需要申请WA的外星人持枪证（Alien firearms license）这个是WA独有的其他州没有这个证，然后你就可以买枪了，当然如果你想隐蔽携带带枪出门你可以申请Concealed pistol license (CPL)， WA是shall issue，只要你申请他就必须给你发，这边建议你AFL和CPL一起搞定。另外我建议你现在开始囤弹匣，马上7月WA有10发弹匣禁令，你要在禁令之前把你可能未来需要用的弹匣买了，弹匣现在就可以动手买了，关于具体详情可参考：http://qiangyou.org/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=54041

是的，需要保证这些证全部有效，别被这么多证吓到，其实比加拿大简单多了，猎照的课基本网上就可以弄，很简单，也是基本得枪支安全教育，剩下两个填个表格申请就有了
