日常对话通常也是简洁明了为好，没有必要花里胡哨，如果想说的更长更有节目效果，可以学习脱口秀里面一些精甚细腻的表达

就每天录视频写日记，说不出来还是词汇的问题，像是吃饭你可以用中文n种表达，但是英语可能就是那几个简单词语，你可以用各种不同句子换着来，比如饿了可以说饿了肚子好空想吃东西之类的话代替
