居然上海日本领事馆关闭了 导致很多获得在留许可的人没法获得签证我的朋友获得了在留许可 现在居然说上海领事馆关闭了 无法提交许可换发签证
如果不提交到所属领事馆而提交到其他领事馆 似乎还需要缴纳高昂的费用
这里有近期获得在留的鼠鼠有遇到类似情况么
我感觉上海领事馆可能短期内不会开放 甚至直接彻底闭关锁国前都不会开放了
