你是不是不會讀醫學文章？Introduction 內說的是Current Knowledge gap 來說明自己為甚麼要做這份研究。現在的knowledge gap 就是目前的副作用過份依賴self reporting system 所以不準確。

別人用的methodology 並不是依賴VARs 這種任何人都能做的self reporting. 內文甚至有說明CA 和ACS 的diagnosis.

我们承认这个有bias但是看我拿（有高度共线性的）其他数据来证明这个bias不会造成不准确这么明显的立场先行再设计实验背书这个立场还有啥说的？

目前指的是current research gap 而不是study design 本身。他說的依賴self reporting 不是自身的bias, 而是說其他目前存在的副作用偵察方式有缺陷，所以需要他這個不依賴self reporting 的研究來補足。
