这个利率增加前，起码能多贷款一些钱，买到一套住处房价虽然高，但2%不到的利率，勉勉强强够买个住处的
利率增加了之后，房价也没跌多少，一下少贷款三分之一，连最差最差的也买不起了
所以从我一个平民的角度，对我有什么好处？
