信息确认：

中国多个互联网平台上线IP归属地展示功能。

微信、贴吧、抖音、今日头条、快手及小红书等均已上线IP归属地展示功能，其他互联网平台陆续跟进中，帐号IP属地以运营商提供信息为准，相关展示不支持手动开启或关闭。

此外微博作为热点平台业已开启IP属地展示功能，此前传出微博“黄V”IP可隐藏展示，为不实消息。

另据业内人士透露，IP属地展示功能可规避“VPN”等技术手段，实现精确识别；此外，用户通过"AS"技术手段，进行对外接入国外路由的识别功能正在研究当中。
