这家店Owner叫Kevin Pak，澳籍韩裔，不是🕷，原本拉面店叫三代面屋，后来改成Shujinko开始卖品牌连锁了，

澳洲80%的日料都是韩国人和🕷假冒的，很难吃到真正日本的口味，

我觉得墨尔本主要是韩国的，悉尼有蛮多日本的。比如Crows Nest那边绝大部分的店。

悉尼真正日本人开的基本就集中在north shore和city那几家了，毕竟以前Artarmon算是有日本社区，很多日企办公楼都在北悉尼，日本学校也在Terry Hills那边，

但剩下的要么关门的关门，要么被韩国人和蜘蛛兑下了，2017之后基本上很多本来是真日本的店也都被换血了，在澳日本人也大量减少，在加上近2,3年的疫情，基本所剩无几，

所以我前面说80%是韩国人和日本人冒充的，因为确实还有20%是真日本人开的
