服务正常就补上并道歉，没服务就骂回去。如果没服务的话不给小费也是理所当然，但服务员给你提供了服务你还不给够小费就疑似有点不尊重人了。

因为由客人自己决定给多少小费事实上是一种客人和服务员双向筛选的过程。服务好态度好的服务员能收到更多的小费，就更愿意热情工作下去，反之亦然。同样的，在得到良好服务之后愿意支付更多小费的客人也会被店家和服务员欢迎，得到的服务往往会更好一些，这样的客人往往也会更愿意去熟悉的服务不错的餐馆吃饭，反之亦然。
