其实nato也不敢加，怕putin扔核弹，毕竟欧洲老爷们害怕战争。
要是在战后得到大量援助快速恢复经济，时机成熟能变成美国的major non-nato ally也算是一步好棋，之后等putin江河日下再加入nato也不错。

放弃加入北约是和谈的条件之一，乌克兰表示可以考虑
但这只是谈判的条件，最后什么走向没人知道，目前谈判仍然没有结果
乌克兰放弃北约也是没办法，最多加个欧盟
