“犬儒”（cynicism）是指“天下乌鸦一般黑”“管好自己就行，管别人干什么”这种思想。

所以这个段子可以解读为，出现了什么社会不公，一堆人大叫“别带节奏了”“正经人谁管这种闲事”“都不是好东西”（犬儒），只有一个人跳出来大骂“大傻逼”，结果马上被铁拳（“人家过了我没过”），并被打成境外势力。

他们说这句话背后的逻辑是“那些出来替社会公义说话的人都是别有用心的/背后有资本的/收登子经费的，所以你去帮他们是就是傻就是多事就是被利用”。这不就是典型的质疑别人动机，质疑别人纯洁性，"a general distrust of others' motives"的犬儒。

别抱着个维基百科定义在那跟我扯，论支性，我这个426的还是比你们港友懂不少。

别闹。

犬儒有两种意思，一种是古希腊第欧根尼那一派传承下来的思想，就是你说的那种。

还有一种是大众语言中cynic一词演化出来的意思，也叫犬儒，是庸俗化过的意思，相信世上无好人，人人都是别有用心，人人都伪善，正人君子都有险恶不可告人的目的。
