要把英文学好的话需要好好儿学习 = If you want to learn English (well) you need to study hard. If you want to learn English you need to commit yourself. If you want to learn English you have to work hard. If you want to learn English you have to make an effort.

以上是几个说法而已，还可以用其他的词来表达这个意思。

Well 可以不要了。learn English 的意思就是把它学好了。添加well的话只是给它强调。
