感觉像是不怎么油腻而且没有腥味的脂肪，表面已经煎脆了但是没有焦，配上香料蔬菜和苹果酱一起吃还是很好吃的。

图里那个撒了香料的是鹅肝，鹅肝下面垫了一层蔬菜，右上是烤苹果，右下有点像苹果酱，旁边一圈的酱汁是辣的，上面有花生，果冻一样的东西是醋。
