运老嗨进，云服务器供应商哪家强？

需要部署一个海外项目，请问哪家的服务器、块存储、Rds、elasticsearch都做得不错，最好都在日本，可以用paypal付款

vultr没有现成的rds和es，自己运维麻烦，而且vultr的块存储服务器只有美国

digitalocean的服务器都不在日本，支那访问太慢

aws不能用PayPal，只能信用卡
