+ 再看是否使用了HTTPS

对一般人而言上述网站都能正常访问且使用HTTPS就代表可以开始冲浪了.
如果你想要编程随想级别的,那还是得外置代理+虚拟机+TOR+全匿名,不过一般人完全用不到.
